Dr. Ellie Drago-Severson
Dr. Ellie Drago-Severson is an American developmental psychologist, and a Professor of Education Leadership at Teachers College, Columbia University. She is an expert in developmental-constructivist theory through transformational learning.[1][2] Her work explores research and practices that support adult development, leadership development, and capacity building throughout school districts.[2] Her work also focuses on adult learning through a modification of Robert Kegan's framework and theory surrounding development.[3]

Professor Ellie's education includes degrees from Long Island University (BA), and Harvard University (EdM, EdD and Post-Doctoral Fellowship).[2]
