Drishti IAS (or Drishti The Vision Foundation) is one of India’s finest coaching institutes that offers all-encompassing courses and guidance to lakhs of students across a range of exams i.e., UPSC, State PCS, and CUET. It is advancing the frontiers of education in UGC NET, Law, and K-12. It is headquartered at Mukherjee Nagar, New Delhi with centres at Karol Bagh (Delhi), Prayagraj and Jaipur.[1] The institute offers online and classroom coaching for Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) and State civil service examinations (PCS). The two mediums of instruction followed by the institute are Hindi and English. Apart from coaching, Drishti IAS also publishes a number of books and magazines for various competitive exams conducted by the Government of India. The institute also provides discounted coaching to Indian Army, Indian Railways and Delhi Police wards.

History[edit]
Drishti IAS was born with a dream to teach students. Founded by Dr. Vikas Divyakirti who cleared the UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE) in 1996 in his first attempt. He later resigned and decided to follow his dream of teaching students, hence started the institute along with his wife Dr. Taruna Verma. It has multiple centres and plans to increase centres across all regions of the country.[2]

Drishti IAS has launched Drishti Learning App where students can have access to a number of courses catering to the prestigious Indian Civil Service and various state civil services like Uttar Pradesh Civil Service, Rajasthan Civil Service, etc.[3]
Drishti IAS also periodically shares exam preparation strategies for all civil service aspirants.[4]

- Drishti IAS YouTube channels had a combined audience of more than 9 million subscribers as of November 2021.
- The Drishti Learning App had been installed on more than 1 million devices running Android 5 (Lollipop) and up.[5]
- Drishti IAS' official website had a country ranking of 582 in India (on 10-December-2021) according to Similarweb.[6]
- Recently, ETBrandEquity.com had ranked a Drishti IAS ad in its list called "YouTube Leaderboard: Ads that created a buzz in November 2021"[7]
