Dubbelquartetten Frida (Dubbelkvartetten Frida) is a vocal ensemble (8 or more male singers) from Lund, Sweden that was established in 1967. The group has its origin in The Lund University Male Voice Choir.[3] The repertoire include both sacred and secular a capella music, traditional male choir songs, folk music and popular songs with own arrangements. The group performed during national and international concert tours,[4] e.g. to the United States, France and England as well as on Swedish Radio and Television.[5]

Dubbelquartetten Frida received the "surprise artist of the year" award 1973 at the Song Festival in Västervik,[6] for their interpretation of "Ring, Ring" (lyrics and music: Andersson / Andersson / Ulvaeus, arr: B. Wall) and the song ”In a Monastery Garden” (Albert W. Ketèlbey). Their first LP was chosen by Swedish Radio as "Swedish LP of the Week" in 1977.[7]
