Duber Uribe Castro (born September 28, 1986) is a Colombian journalist[1], music producer and[2]founder of Notimillos.com.
Biography[edit]
Son of Juan Uribe Diaz and Mónica Castro Arias, Duber Arley Uribe Castro is a journalist[3] and musical producer[4] born in Florencia (Caquetá) - Colombia, in 1986, he studied primary education in the city of Bogotá in a school called Liceo San Bernardo de 1992 to 1996, later his family moved to Florencia where he graduated as a Classical Bachelor in the San José Minor Seminary in 2004.
The following year he returns to the Colombian capital to begin his university studies, from 2005 to 2006 he performs a Technician in Locution and Production of Audiovisual Media in the Higher School of Telecommunications, later in 2007 he began his studies of Social Communication and Journalism in Pontifical Xavierian University, where he excelled by his abilities to write journalistic[5] texts and of reporting.
During his last year of university he practiced as a reporter on the Caracol Gol Caracol TV, there he followed the capital teams (Millonarios and Independiente Santa Fe).
When graduating as a journalist,[6] he started work at BuzzFeed and was part of the team of Spanish-language writers for the website.
At present, Duber is the Musical Producer of the Paraguayan band Salamandra[7] and Press Manager of the actors Dinio and Rafa García.
