Dulani Rathnayake, (name in full Athauda Rathnayake Liyanage Dulani Tharuka[1]) an undergraduate of Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka, was selected to represent Sri Lanka at the 28th edition of the World Miss University held in South Korea and Cambodia from November 25 to December 20, 2017.[2][3]

Dulani Rathnayake was born on 24 October 1996, in Colombo, Sri Lanka.Her father, A. R. L. Jayantha, is a Lawyer, and her mother, H. Nayana peiris, is a Nursing sister(retired).Dulani have only brother, Daham Rathnayake He is younger than her.
