Duncan Fulton

Duncan Fulton (born September 17, 1975) is a Canadian businessman. In June 2018, Fulton was named Chief Corporate Officer at Restaurant Brands International, one of the world’s largest restaurant companies and owner of Burger King, Tim Hortons and Popeyes Louisana Kitchen.[1] Fulton was the first Canadian to join the RBI senior leadership team.[2] Prior to RBI, Fulton held a number of executive roles at Canadian Tire Corporation (CTC), including president of its Tire's FGL Sports Ltd. division. [3]

Fulton is currently the Chairman of Tim Hortons Foundation Camps[4], a non-profit charitable organization founded in 1974 to support youth aged 12 to 16 from low-income homes through leadership and outdoor programming at seven camps in North America.[5]

Previously, Fulton was the General Manager and Senior Partner of the Toronto flagship office of international communications company Fleishman-Hillard.[6] Prior to his agency experience, Duncan served as a communication advisor and spokesman for several political leaders, including former Canadian Prime Minister Jean Chretien, Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty, and New Brunswick Premier Frank McKenna.[7]
