History
e4e was formed in 1994 by a group of oncologists from State College, Pennsylvania. At that time, the outfit was known as Nittany Decision Services.[3] In 2000, the company expanded its services to other medical billing companies and TPAs in the U.S. The company's employee strength also increased to over 800 in its Indian branch.[4]
In 2006, e4e Inc. acquired Nittany Decision Services. The company now has over 22 years of U.S. healthcare services experience with a number of reputed healthcare clients across the US and beyond.[2] Currently, the company has over 2,350 employees based in the U.S. and India.[5] e4e Healthcare Business Services is ISO 9001:2008, SOC II and SSAE 16 Type-II certified and HIPAA compliant.[6][7]
