End National Debt (EI-END) is a nonprofit organization founded on July 18, 2011, in Athens, Greece. Its aim is to provide assistance to countries in economic crisis to regain their dignity, eliminate burdensome debt, and improve the quality of life.[1] The organization became widely known when it publicly stated that it offered $600 billion to Greece and $50 billion to Cyprus, at low interest, for the repurchasing of those countries' debt.[2][3]

The organization claims to have the ability to finance the restructuring of the entire infrastructure and anything else necessary for the country. This economic assistance is offered at a rate of 0.5% for fifty years and, simultaneously, with a group of experts (about 15,000 people) around the world, it can undertake a full reorganization of the state and government and provide funding where needed. Founding member Artemis Sorras provides the organization with all the necessary funds to implement its objectives.[4] The president of EI-E.N.D. is Dr. Emmanuel Lambrakis.
