Eagle Telephone System Inc. (known as Snake River PCS under its wireless brand) is an American telecommunications company headquartered in Richland, Oregon.[1] It provides land-line and wireless communications,[2] as well as DSL to residential and business customers.[3] The company operates in Baker County, Oregon, with services available in Richland, New Bridge, Sparta, and Eagle Creek.

Eagle Telephone System was founded in 1970s and first started in Richland, which originally had 14 party lines that served with an open wire aerial service.[4] The company currently provides high-speed DSL, wireless internet, and land-line telephone.[5] Eagle Telephone System also offers wireless telecommunications under the business name of Snake River PCS, covering areas of eastern Oregon.[6]
