Ebuka Okorie is a college basketball player for the Stanford Cardinal of the Atlantic Coast Conference.
Early life and high school
Okorie attended Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire. Coming out of high school, he was rated[by whom?] as a four-star recruit, the 13th overall point guard, the 4th overall player in the State of New Hampshire, and the 105th overall player in the class of 2025.[citation needed] Initially, Okorie committed to play college basketball for the Harvard Crimson.[1] But after his senior season where he was named the New Hampshire Boys Gatorade Player of the Year, he flipped his commitment to play for the Stanford Cardinal.[2]
College career
Okorie entered his true freshman season as a starter for the Cardinal.[3] In his collegiate debut on November 4, 2025, he put up 26 points in a victory over Portland State.[citation needed] On November 8, Okorie dropped 29 points in a win versus Montana.[citation needed] On November 18, he scored 26 points, while adding five assists in a victory against Louisiana.[4] On November 27 Okorie dropped 25 points in a win against Minnesota.[citation needed]
