Ecom Express was founded by four veterans of the courier and logistics Industry - T. A. Krishnan, K. Satyanarayana, Manju Dhawan and Sanjeev Saxena. The company started its business operations in January 2013 with 311 employees and 42 Delivery Centers in 35 cities across north India. Ecom Express currently has more than 19,000 employees.[4]

T.A. Krishnan, is a Founding Member and CEO of Ecom Express. He has over 26 years of enriching experience in courier and express delivery services industry.[5]

K. Satyanarayana, is a Founding Member and Director of Ecom Express. He has over 26 years of experience in finance, legal and administration domain of the courier and express delivery services industry.[6]

Manju Dhawan,[7] is also a Founding Member of Ecom Express. She has over 25 years of experience.

Sanjeev Saxena, is also a Founding Member of Ecom Express. He has over 25 years of experience in the operations, IT and automation sector of Courier and Express Delivery Services Industry.[8]
