eesel AI is an AI platform for customer service, IT service management (ITSM), and internal knowledge automation. It connects with help desk software, chat platforms, and documentation tools to deliver AI customer service, AI help desk automation, and AI support automation across customer-facing and internal workflows. Eesel AI is developed by Eesel, a technology company specializing in conversational AI for business and AI-powered support automation.
History
eesel AI was founded in 2020 by Amogh Sarda and Patrick Teen in Sydney, Australia..[1] Having both worked for companies such as Intercom and Atlassian previously, their experience in support and business workflow automation led them to identify an opportunity for applying AI to these spaces.
Amogh Sarda originally created a product called eesel App', which gained traction in the productivity market and helped establish the foundation for broader workflow automation in enterprise environments. The product was listed among 10 AI tools that are way cooler than OpenAI’s ChatGPT'.[2]
Venture capital firm Blackbird VC supported eesel AI’s growth in the Australian and international markets. As of July 2025, eesel AI reported an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of US$850,000 and a team of 20 employees, expanding its offering across dozens of new platforms.

Simple setup and deployment: eesel AI reports deployment times in minutes without engineering support or mandatory demos. It allows users to connect help desks through one-click integrations and test AI behavior with historical tickets before activation.
Customizable workflow engine: Organizations can define which tickets the AI should handle, escalate, or close. Teams can configure tone, personality, and custom AI actions such as updating ticket fields, tagging, or performing real-time lookups via APIs.
Unified knowledge system: eesel AI unifies data across multiple platforms, allowing automated knowledge retrieval and AI-powered search assistants to deliver precise answers from company documentation. It can also auto-generate draft knowledge base articles from historical ticket resolutions.
Simulation and analytics: The system includes a simulation mode that tests AI responses against past data to forecast resolution rates and deflection impact. Dashboards display analytics on content gaps, automation success rates, and areas for improvement.
Pricing and plans
eesel AI offers transparent, usage-based pricing with no per-resolution or per-ticket fees. Subscription plans include Team, Business, and Custom, which scale based on monthly AI interactions.[5] Annual subscriptions offer discounted rates. Full pricing information is available at eesel AI pricing.
Security and privacy
eesel AI implements multiple layers of security and privacy protection for user data. The platform operates on SOC 2 Type II–certified infrastructure and processes only content explicitly authorized by users.[6] Instead of granting models direct access to connected systems, eesel AI indexes and retrieves only approved portions of documents, sharing minimal and relevant text snippets for inference. The company supports regional data residency options, including European Union–based hosting, to comply with local privacy regulations. In the event of a data breach, eesel AI follows a structured incident response plan involving detection, containment, notification, and remediation. Customers may also define custom data retention and access control policies. Full security information is available at docs.eesel.ai.
Future development
Posts on Amogh Sarda’s LinkedIn indicate that eesel is developing additional AI tools such as a blog-writing assistant and an email-writing assistant.[7] These products appear to target individual users rather than enterprise teams.
