Ehsan Hindi was born in Hama in 1931 and is a Syrian writer. He is a member of the Syrian branch of the Arab Writers Union. He earned a bachelor's degree in history and French literature before earning a state doctorate in public international law. He was the chief of the Department of Moral Guidance in the Armed Forces' publicity section. He is a philosophy and French teacher at Damascus high schools, history and law professor at the University of Oran in Algeria, and a public international law professor in Syria, Morocco, and the United Arab Emirates.[1][2]
