Eleni Mylona Chatzimichael
Eleni Mylona Chatzimichael (Greek: Ελένη Μυλωνά Χατζημιχαήλ) is a Cypriot pedagogue, writer, and politician, incumbent mayoress of the occupied city of Akanthou, since she was elected on 2016, being one of the four female mayors in Cyprus.[1][2][3][4] She was the president of the "Akanthos" refugee association.[5]
She studied Pedagogy at University of Ioannina and master's degree at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and published books as Hand by hand, Small in the fight, I remember, Gazing the light, Close to mother.[6][7]
