Life

• He was born in Baku,1968.
• In 1986 he entered Baku State University, orientalism facility.
• From 1987 till 1989 he has served in Soviet Army.
• He graduated from BSU in 1993.
• He is the son of Aga Lacinli and the brother of journalist Azər Qaraçənli and writer Okhtay Qorchu
• He is married,he has 1 boy.

Works

• When he was student, he published books titled :"Tek Aghac"(Single tree)1992, "Dileklerin Azmasi"(1993), "Oghuznameler"(In 1993, with Professor Kamil Valiyev)
• Then his books "Uch Kendin Bir Derdi" (1995), "Ushaghlarin mahnisi"(the song of children)1999," Rumi and his" couplet "(2007) was puplished.
• Since 1992, he has worked in a various newspapers such as :"Yol"(way), "525-ci qezet" , "Mukhalifet" (opposition).
