Eleven International LLC is a boutique communications and public relations agency. History
Eleven International was founded by Francis Bea, who serves as its CEO and Managing Director, in 2017.[5][6][7] Initially based in the United States and Hong Kong, the agency later expanded its operations to the United Kingdom, Japan, South Korea, and Southeast Asia.[8] In 2023, the company adopted a new visual identity to underscore its focus on global brand storytelling.[9]
In 2023, the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA) named Eleven International “Asia Pacific Small Consultancy of the Year”[10][11][12] and included it as a finalist in its Asia-Pacific Awards.[13] The agency also won a Gold Stevie Award at the 2023 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards,[14][15] and won two awards at the Bulldog PR Awards.[16][17]
The agency holds the RMA Certification from VaaSBlock for its data privacy and security practices.[18]
