Eli Lippman is an American media executive in the entertainment and news media industry. He was the President of Hollywood Life.[1] He has also held senior roles at American Media, Inc. (now A360 Media), where he served as Director of Audience Development and later as Director of Digital.[2][3] During his tenure, he managed digital operations for publications including Us Weekly, OK! Magazine, and Radar Online.[4]

Education

He attended Burbank High School,[5] and then graduated from Northeastern University with a degree in Media and Communications.

Career

Before joining Hollywood Life, Lippman held executive roles at American Media Inc. (now A360 Media), including as Vice President of Digital and Partnerships at A360 Media,[6] and later as General Manager of the company’s Celebrity Entertainment Group, where he managed digital operations for titles such as Us Weekly, OK! Magazine, and Radar Online.[7] Prior to his post as Vice President, he held the positions of Diretor of Audience development,[8][9] and then Director of Digital, American Media Inc.[10]

In 2021, Lippman was announced President of Hollywood Life. During his tenure as president, he oversaw the acquisition of Hollywood Life by Factz LLC.[11] Under his leadership, the outlet has focused on expanding digital reach, integrating social media strategy, and modernizing content production.[12] Since then, he has worked as a digital advisor and consultant.[13] He was recognized as a 2016 MIN Rising Star and received the 2016 MIN Media Award for Best Use of Facebook.[9]

He has been a featured speaker at industry events such as the Magazine Publishing Summit, Folio Summit, and Innovation Summit NYC, and has also served as a guest lecturer at Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism. He is also a member on the advisory board of PK4 Media.[14]
