Dr. Elishama Rosemary Ideh born on the 16th of September, 1964, is a female presidential aspirant on the platform of Alliance for New Nigeria (ANN), and is the wife to the deceased John Ideh. She is the President/Founder of Christ The Ever-Present Ministry CTEM in Lagos; a faith based organization that provides succor and hope for despairing souls.[1] She was born and raised in Lagos State to a police officer father and a businesswoman mother. On the 31st of May, 2018 Elishama became the second female to declare her intentions to run as a presidential aspirant under her political party in the 2019 Nigerian general election, and was the only female candidate among other male candidate that contested in the 2019 Nigerian election[2].

Her primary education was at Mayflower Primary School Ikenne, Ogun State, and her secondary school education was at the Federal Government Girls College (FGGC), Onitsha. She read Mass Communication at the Bowie State University, Maryland, USA. [3]

Political career[edit]

Ideh was one of the three presidential aspirants on the platform of the Alliance for New Nigeria, ANN, to declare their interest for Presidency, the new political party that is presently galvanising Nigeria’s endangered middle-class to rebuff the stranglehold of the established political class on the nation. The other two presidential aspirants are popular motivation speaker, Fela Durotoye and medical doctor, Thomas Ikubese. She was a founding member of the Chief Olisa Agbakoba-led Nigeria Intervention Movement, NIM, which collapsed into the ANN.
