Emmanuel Finnih

Emmanuel Finnih is an American business professor and author. He is a Professor of Marketing at Texas Southern University.[1]

Finnih holds a director of marketing position at Timeline Company since 2010. He also holds a contributing editor position at Houston Chronicle since 2009. He got into teaching by soliciting Texas Southern University, JHJ School of Business in 2015, to pitch a monthly magazine publication. The Marketing Department Chair at the time, Claudius Claiborne, was impressed by his presentation and asked him to teach.[citation needed]

In 2016, Finnih designed the first digital marketing curriculum at Texas Southern University[2] which at the time was nonexistent. In 2016, Finnih authored The Complete Guide to Digital Marketing.[3] In 2017, he authored The Complete Guide to Business Communications[4] and in 2018, “Foundations of Electronic Commerce.”[5]

Education

Finnih received his Associate Degree in Journalism from Tyler Junior College, Bachelor's Degree in English from Texas A&M University,[6] MBA from the University of Houston. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Marketing at the University of South Alabama.[2]
