Emrush Suma (born 27 May 1974) also known as Commander Hoxha is a former member of the NLA.

Born in Dimce Yugoslavia on 27 May 1974.[1]
Career[edit]
Suma took part in the student riots in Prishtina in 1997. He was a member of the KPC and was later appointed as head of the Department for Fighting Organized Crime and Trafficking. From his position, he organized the smuggling of weapons, drugs, cigarettes and people in the area of Vitina and Preševo, with a criminal gang of 30 people. He later participated in extortion of funds for UCPMB.
During the insurgency in Macedonia he was a member of the NLA General Staff, as well as a commander of the NLA during the Aračinovo crisis. During the battle he was wounded in the head after which he was he was evacuated by NATO troops and flown by a helicopter to a hospital in Prishtina in which he was treated.
On 24 July 2001, he was placed on the Macedonian blacklist of citizens and 3 days later he was placed on the black list list of US President George W. Bush[2][3]
