Engagor is a cloud-based social media management (SMM) tool with capabilities in team workflow, analytics, monitoring and engagement.[1] It was launched in 2011 by Folke Lemaitre, and received $2.6M in funding in 2013.[2] Engagor has its main office in Ghent, Belgium.

In 2015, the American customer experience software company Clarabridge acquired Engagor. [3]
