Enrique Dans Pérez, born in Coruña in 1965, is a Galician professor and internet activist.
Career[edit]
Dans has a degree in biology from the University of Santiago de Compostela, and a Management PhD from the University of California (UCLA)[1][3]. He holds as well a Master of Business Administration from IE Business School[3], and he made postgraduate studies in the Harvard Business School[4].
Since 1990 he has worked as a professor of Information Systems at the IE Business School[5]. He is a well-known supporter of the use of new technologies in the field of education, whether aimed at individuals or companies. He published several books in Spanish [6], some translated to English [7].
He has collaborated with Forbes[3], and still regularly collaborates with publications such as El País, El Mundo, Público, and other newspapers and magazines, usually in relation to the Internet[8][9].
Forbes Spain selected him as one of the top influencers of 2022 in the Business category [10]
