Equiceph

In the Dungeons & Dragons fantasy role-playing game, the equiceph are a race of humanoid, horse-like creatures.
Publication history
The equiceph first appeared in third edition in the Miniatures Handbook (2003).[1]
Description
Unlike the centaur, which is a hybrid of a human and a horse, the equiceph is more akin to a humanoid version of the animal itself, like an aarakocra or lizardfolk.
