Biography
Born April 12, 2004, in Kuluyevo Chelyabinsk Oblast. He graduated from high school with 11 grades. Then he entered the Chelyabinsk Youth University, where he studied defense in emergency situations. He received his secondary vocational education in Chelyabinsk.
Career
He decided to create a YouTube channel back in the 7th grade because, then and now, he really enjoys creating high-quality, stylish content. Content. By his school years, he had already learned how to edit various videos, which fueled his interest in this work and motivated him.
Training
Initially, Eric only performed push-ups, pull-ups, and abdominal exercises. However, over time, the athlete found ways to diversify his exercise technique. The main focus of his training is strength, not endurance.
