Agarivbie Erhiga (born 30 March 1987), better known by his stage name Erigga, is a Nigerian rapper from Delta State. He rose to prominence with his song "Wild Wild West (story of oris)" in 2010 and mr Paperboi in 2012 .[1]
Early life and education[edit]
Agarivbie Erhiga was born in Warri, Warri, Delta State, where he grew up with his family. He is the second child of his parents . He attended the Standard International School in Warri delta state . He graduated from the University of Lagos and completed the mandatory one year NYSC program.[2]
Music career[edit]
Erigga began his music career in early 2012. He has worked with several producers, young d ,Laylow ,puffy t ,disally ,cool boy PFizzy, Snow Man and Phizy Joe.[3] Erigga's first musical release was "Dem no get two heads". The music video for the song was shot in Nigeria Directed Igho Tosin i. When the song was released and sent to radio stations across Nigeria, it received great acknowledgement from the public.[4] The song became Radio Continental's theme song. Subsequently.[5]
In 2013, Erigga released "Coupé Décalé ft Shuun Bebe". The music video for the song was endorsed by TV Stations in Nigeria.[6] Early 2014, he released another single titled "Love No Be Garri", featuring Jimoh Waxiu. Like its predecessors, the song received rave reviews.[7] Erigga had featured also has been featured by so many musicians such as [[wizkid_(musician), Harry Song, Olamide, Yung6ix and lots more. Erigga features Harry Song on P.O.G (Pikin Of God) Hit single which was a hit of the season.[8]
Erigga, who is currently working on his debut album, has released the music video for his " Cartoon + Death Bed [9] " single.
