Pastor Esther Obasi-ike is a Nigerian-Kenyan pastor, preacher, author, and founder of the Queen Esthers' Generation (QEG), an interdenominational women's ministry.[1][2]
She serves as the Pastor in Charge of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG) Solution Centre in Nairobi, Kenya, where she has been actively involved in pioneering missionary work across Eastern Africa and beyond.[3] She relocated to Kenya in 1996, joining her husband as a co-pioneer of RCCG Kenya, following his earlier arrival in 1995. She holds a Master of Arts degree from Africa International University (Nairobi Evangelical Graduate School of Theology) and a Ph.D. in Missiology from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California, United States.[4][5]

She has played a significant role in advancing women’s empowerment through both spiritual and socio-economic capacity-building initiatives. Her work focuses on equipping women with theological grounding and practical skills for personal development and community transformation.[6]
Awards and recognition
In recognition of her contributions, she received the East Africa Women of Excellence Award as Woman of Impact.[7]
