Eternium is an action role-playing hack-and-slash computer video game developed by Dream Primer and published by MakingFun Inc. in 2012. The game was originally available for Android and iOS on Google Play, App Store (iOS/iPadOS), Amazon Appstore. Later the game was published on Microsoft Store and lastly Steam (service) in 2021 [1].
Gameplay[edit]
Eternium's storyline progresses through four chapters or "Acts". Each act follows a predetermined path that your hero has to follow, usually encountering various enemies and NPCs. The player progresses through the story by completing a series of quests within each act, while there are also optional side dungeons for extra experience, gold and rewards from NPCs.
Classes[edit]
There are three character classes that the player can choose from. With the game's prior release in 2012, there were only two available - warrior and mage. The third class, bounty hunter, was added later together with the Trials of Valor expansion.[2]
Acts[edit]
There are four acts that your hero has to pass in order to complete the game. Each one represents a single planet, first on being Elderath, which is the most similar to Earth. Second act is Levania, Elderath's moon, third one is Nirgal and fourth is Demeter. Originally, only first two acts were available in the game, with the other two being added separately in future game updates.
Trials[edit]
In addition to classic story gameplay, which is offered by the story mode (acts), the player can use the endless Trial mode (known as Trials of Valor). Here, the hero has to kill a certain amount on enemies and a boss afterwards in under 10 minutes in order to unlock the next trial. Trials get more difficult as the hero goes further and further [3].
