The Eurovision Awards is an award handed out in addition to the winner's trophy at the Eurovision Song Contest, first handed out at the 2021 contest. Shortlists are first determined by major Eurovision fansites and podcasts, with editors and presenters nominating their favourites in each category. The winners of the different categories are then chosen by the public in a vote on the official Eurovision Instagram channel:[1][2].
The awards are sanctioned by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU), and are awarded after the contest.
