The Everstone Group is a private equity and real estate investment firm focusing on India and Southeast Asia. It has assets under management of approximately US$5 billion.[1] The firm has its headquarters in Singapore, The four main lines of business are PE, real estate, infrastructure and consumer ventures.[2]

History[edit]

In 2006, Sameer Sain and Atul Kapur founded The Everstone Group in London, United Kingdom.[3] They then shifted its headquarters to Singapore.[citation needed] Everstone has 250 employees, with seven offices worldwide, three (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru) in India, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Mauritius, and the United States.[4][5].

Investments[edit]

The Everstone Group is a private equity investor in India and South East Asia with investments in Burger King in India and Indonesia,[6] Domino's Pizza in Indonesia,[7] IndoSpace in India,[8] IndoStar Capital Finance,[9] and DSG Consumer Partners,[10] among others.
