Bernard hails from James Town in the Greater Accra region of Ghana and has a nuclear family of four.Eye Judah fell in love with music generally at a very tender age owing to the fact that his Dad is a choir master. Growing up, Reggae and Dancehall music became his favorite at the junior high school level. The passion for the music sprung out fully when he entered Senior High school (Pope John). He won himself the pleasure to be listed among the Discovery Artist Of The Year at Bass Awards 2015.[2] Eye Judah became part of a musical group called MOLS(Music Our Life and Soul). Due to his hard work musically he had his first big appearance during Mr and Mrs SSS and Xmas Fiesta at the National theatre in Accra, Ghana. The Xmas Fiesta was a competition which he was the first runner up. After school Eye Judah decided to pursue music full-time, in so doing he met other bigger artistes like Iwan, Konkarah, Jah Kumbo and a few others who mentored him for some years.

Somewhere along the line he also met Stonebwoy (Burniton Music Group) the multiple award-winning artiste who gave him couple of platforms to show his talent. Working hard got him nominated for the Discovery Artist Of The Year 2015 at the Bass Awards.
