History
Many search engines existed long before FDS Search. This includes Google, Bing and Yahoo. The reason for FDS Search is because, "Where there's an app store, you best have a search engine. Search Engines are how you find things online." This was a result of the FDS App Store, which in turn was from, "Food Dye & Nail Polish Works" and "Food Dye Studios Kids" respectively. FDS is short for Food Dye Studios.
Search results
This goes by dictionary definitions, with pictures to explain what each thing means.
Filters
When you search, it takes you to 2 modes, Traditional and Progressive. This is because some people complain about guys wearing nail polish, goths etc. This does still have them and FDS supports them. However, traditionists don't and this leans more traditional anyway.
Traditionalist Mode
This filters out anything new, such as guys in dresses, tomboys, goths etc. You will get results that are old-fashioned.
Progressive Mode
This filters out anything old. This is great for feminists, crossdressers, goths etc. As they think anything old is sexist. You'll get non-sexist results and get equality answers. Meaning you get the following, "Guys can wear nail polish too", "Women can do anything that men can do", "Goths are just a subculture, not tied to a religion and aren't all evil. They just find dark things fascinating" etc.
Censorship
It doesn't allow for porn/nudity. Anything that goes against biology is now redirected to Spaces. This will explain why people shouldn't go against it.
Third Party Software
FDS Search no longer relies on third party services except for articles.
