FLEX Inc. was founded in 1967 and has a proven track record in the automotive field, including the expansion of its mainstay car sales business to 42 specialty stores throughout Japan.

FLEX Inc. has contributed to the development of automobile culture in Japan by specializing in popular car models such as Toyota Hiace and Land Cruiser and proposing cars that suit customers' lifestyles.

Since 2011, the company has increased the number of stores in Japan and focused on the purchase, loan, and restaurant business.

In 2017, FLEX Inc. celebrates its 50th anniversary and has set forth the theme of "Be yourself, wherever you are" and aims to propose the world a lifestyle to let individualities shine through their carlife.

In 2023, FLEX Inc. expanded its automotive dealership to the United States to have the first location abroad in San Diego, California.
