FLO PMS Vitamins[1] is a dietary supplement by O Positiv, Inc. with ingredients to alleviate the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and support overall women's health during their menstrual cycle.

In 2017, Brianna and Bobby Bitton, sister and brother, launched O Positiv, Inc., a healthcare company, in Los Angeles, and sold the first product online in 2018. The company launched FLO, a gummy vitamin targeted at combating the symptoms of PMS.[2][3] In October 2021, the sugar-free capsule was launched.[4]
In 2022, O Positiv launched into new women's health categories, including URO for urinary tract support and vaginal probiotics,[5] and MENO with ingredients to alleviate the symptoms of menopause.[6]
Key ingredients in FLO PMS Vitamin include Vitamin B6, Magnesium, Chasteberry (Vitex Agnus-Castus), and Dong Quai which are vegan, gluten-free, and non-GMO ingredients.[7] The dietary supplement is targeted at combating the symptoms of PMS symptoms such as cramps, bloating, hormonal acne, breast tenderness, and mood swings.[8][9]
