Fat Nick

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

Nicholas Minucci, known professionally as Fat Nick, is an American hip-hop rapper that built his fan base and rise to fame with co-star Kevin Pouya in their show The Nick and Pouya Show (2).

At first, the two were associated with SpaceGhostPurpp's Raider Klan, until they formed their own duo, Buffet Boys (2). Independent from Kevin Pouya, Fat Nick began to release his own singles until his debut album "Fat Camp" in 2015 (5). He is also known for his song P.S. Fuck You Cunt, featuring Lil Peep.

History: Early Life: Nicholas Minucci was born on September 6th, 1994 in Miami, Florida (1). He was raised by his mother Maria Minucci, as his father left the two in 1997 when Nick was a toddler (8). From a young age, Maria Minucci knew that her son was born to perform on stage. When Nick was 8 years old, his mother signed him up at a Staten Island talent agency "Little Stars". Years later, the agency asked him to try out for a new HBO show "The Sopranos". He received a small part in the first episode and his mother turned down any more filming.

Career: Fat Nick grew up listening to artists such as Future and Chief Keef. He also grew up listening to pop punk bands such as Blink-182, Taking Back Sunday, and Brand New (6). Along with his friend Kevin Pouya, the two hosted the series "The Nick and Pouya Show" when they were pre-teens (6). Together they made comedic videos as well as freestyle rap videos. Through the show, both Fat Nick and Pouya became affiliated with the Raider Klan. Later, they began to create music together, including their popular collaborative album "Drop Out of School" as well as music independently. Kevin Pouya was the first to drop-out of high school and was closely followed by Fat Nick (3). Shortly after leaving high school, Fat Nick began to sell drugs and get into some trouble.

On June 8th, 2018 Fat Nick will release his latest album, "Generation Numb," from which his two latest singles “Ice Out” and “WTF” have come from.
