Fatima Sugar mills Limited (Urdu: فاطمہ شوگر ملز لمیٹڈ "FSML" (Formally known as Reliance Sugar Mills Limited) is a subsidiary of Fatima Holding Limited. The company is engaged in the business of manufacturing and sales of white refined sugar and molasses.
Financing[edit]
The sugar mil project was basically financed by ICP-Led syndicate consisting of ABL, MCB UBL and HBL. Initially the Patron of Fatima Sugar Mill injected a capital of PKR 128.459 Million and afterwards it was enhanced to PKR 720.478 Million at different intervals.

Today the total capital of Fatima Sugar Mills Limited as per 2019 annual report is PKR 2,101.708 Million.

In 2021 FBR team generated a tax demand of approx. PKR 25Billion against FSML [2] also This project is mentioned in two renowned books
