Federico Maria Martini
Federico Maria Martini (Cremona, 21 July 2001) is an Italian writer and poet.
Biography
Education
Graduated from a scientific high school, Federico Maria Martini is now earning a degree in Philosophy at the Università of Bergamo.
His studies have also included various seminars in the psychological field, held by national and foreign universities, among which Yale University, University of Edinburgh and Federico II University of Naples.
Writing
He fell in love with writing at the age of seventeen and decided at that time that it would become his profession.
In 2020 he published his first short novel, entitled "The black rose", and later collaborated with some local newspapers.
On May 15, 2020 he published an article entitled "Music does not like power" in the theater magazine "Meglio Meno" dedicated to the death of the musician Ezio Bosso, which took place on the same day.
In 2021 he decided to start devoting himself to poetry by writing various compositions, some of which have allowed him to receive the medal of honor at the "Alda Merini" literary prize, in memory of the author herself and granted by the Nuova Accademia dei Bronzi.
In 2021 he earned the title of "Poet of Via Margutta".
Positions
In his publications, although not always explicitly, Martini refers to the thought of Marx from the perspective of German idealism, approaching the critique of the capitalist system with elements deriving from metaphysics, which lead him to reflect on issues such as alienation, labor and spirituality, ethics and progress.
