Figure 8 was founded in 2019 as the world's first food delivery consulting firm, with a focus on designing and building sustainable delivery systems for restaurants.[2]
In April 2020, during the initial COVID-19 pandemic in New York City, the company offered free consulting sessions to restaurant owners.[3]
