Financer.com is a Malta based finance website based in Birkirkara. Owned by Financer Ltd., Financer.com operates as a comparison website for financial services[1] and publishes content about Financial services news, reviews, and recommendations.[2]
History
In 2014, Financer.com was created by Johannes Larsson, a Swedish internet entrepreneur in Malta. Larsson worked with local managers with expertise and knowledge in Finance for the financial news and reviews on the portal. The company moved its headquarters to Paphos, Cyprus in 2018. As of 2019, the company has a presence in 26 countries.[2]
The website was officially launched in 2015, and by 2018, the company reported an estimated revenue of up to $2,250,000.[3][4]
Operations
The company works on an intrapreneurship model, where each country manager is responsible for creating his own local team in order to evaluate and present financial services provided by local or international banks and other financial institutions.[3] The country manager payment structure combines preset short- to medium-term goal rewards with sales, which helped Financer.com to expand into 26 countries.[2]
