Five Core Electronics Limited (NSE:FIVECORE) is an Indian company listed in SME midcap of National Stock Exchange of India.[2] Five Core was founded in 1988.[3] It manufactures public address systems, woofers, amplifiers, tweeters, home theater, car audio and personal speaker systems.[4]

On 9th May 2018 Five Core electronics Limited became the 150th company to be listed in NSE SME platform EMERGE.[5][6] [7] The IPO proceeds will be used to pay off existing loans, for working capital of the company and its subsidiaries, and for general corporate purposes.[8] [9]
