Flexing It is a website that connects organizations to independent management professionals, consultants and experts for part-time, project based work. Flexing It has offices in New Delhi, India and Singapore.[1][2][3] On the Flexing It website, independent management consultants and freelancers can register their profiles and apply to projects or part time positions which match their skills.[4] Organizations registered on Flexing It post requirements and search and contact consultants on the platform.[5] [6] [7]
Flexing It was launched in October 2012 by Chandrika Pasricha, and raised US$ 500,000 from the first round of funding from angel investors including HCC Infrastructure Head Arjun Dhawan, PropTiger.com CEO Dhruv Agarwala and others in 2015.[8]
FlexScore is the platform’s proprietary skill matching algorithm which helps match companies to relevant professionals. Companies and start-ups using Flexing It's platform include GE, HUL, TATA group, Oxfam, Deloitte and Reliance Group.[9][10] Flexing It’s products include Flexpert – an expert on call service and Primo – a managed consulting service.[9] Registered consultants and companies can find out what consultants are charging across industries based on data collected by the fee benchmarking tool FeeBee.[11]
