Flight Deck Brewing is a craft brewery[2] in Brunswick, Maine, United States. Established in 2017,[3][2] it is located within the grounds of the former Naval Air Station Brunswick (now Brunswick Landing), specifically in the former small arms shooting range.[4][2] Windows were cut into the foot-thick walls, which still display bullet holes from its former life, during its development.[1] The brewery's beer garden[5] faces east toward the runways of Brunswick Executive Airport.

By February 2019, the brewery was the first of the 90+ breweries in the state of Maine to be using 100% renewable energy[6] via solar-powered systems and an anaerobic biodigester.[7]

In 2019, the brewery developed a blueberry lager using ingredients that were 100% native to Maine.[8] All of Flight Deck’s malt comes from Blue Ox Malthouse in Lisbon Falls,[8] ten miles to the northeast.

Flight Deck's tasting room was voted the best in Maine by Down East magazine in 2020.[9][3]

In April the following year, the brewery received a USDA Rural Development grant of over $18,000, which will be put toward the purchase and installation of a 44.07-kilowatt roof-mounted solar PV system. It will replace 52,884-kWh (nearly 40%) of its business energy usage and amount to over $8,000 of annual savings at current usage levels.[10]

Given its location, the brewery honors veterans by offering those eligible their first drink at no charge via a "Buy a Vet a Beer" tab.[11]

The brewery is co-owned by Jared Entwistle (former brewer at Shipyard Brewing Company)[12] and Nate Wildes.[1]
