Florida Career College is a United States career education post-secondary school that specializes in heating ventilation and air conditioning, businesscomputerdentalmedical, and pharmacy professions. The school was founded in 1982 as Florida Programming and Educational Center, Inc. In 2003, the school changed its name to Florida Career College. There are locations in Florida and Texas.

Accreditation[edit]

The Council on Occupational Education (COE) accredits Florida Career College locations in Miami, Hialeah, Boynton Beach, Houston, Jacksonville, Lauderdale Lakes, Margate, Orlando, Pembroke Pines, Tampa and West Palm Beach.[2] Florida Career College is also accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges & Schools (ACICS).[3] Both COE and ACICS are recognized as national accrediting agencies by the United States Department of Education.[4]
