Lantana Road is a major east-west thoroughfare in Palm Beach County, Florida. Mainly unsigned, there are many leftover signs of County Road 812, the now-designated part of Lantana Road from US 1/SR 5 (Federal Highway) and SR A1A (Ocean Boulevard). The rest of Lantana Road is designated as Florida State Road 812. It is one of very few routes in the area (along with SR 839 and SR 882) that make it past the Florida's Turnpike/SR 91 without intersecting it. (Lantana Road has an exit through SR 802, connected through either Lyons Road or Jog Road.) Once more, conflict between a small area of Hooker Highway north of Belle Glade and Lantana Road arose between them, as both claim to be SR 812. (Hooker Highway was SR 812 from April 2, 1980, to January 1, 2021).
