For The Love Of Wrestling
For the Love of Wrestling is a large two day professional wrestling fan convention that is held in the UK every April at Exhibition Centre Liverpool in Liverpool, UK. It is run by UK event management company - Monopoly Events. Fans are able to meet and greet with wrestling sports stars and have the opportunity to have professional photographs taken with their heroes as well as enjoy question and answer panels, professionally built prop sets and browse various displays of championship belts etc. There are also a variety of stalls selling wrestling merchandise and memorabilia, Live Wrestling matches and an afterparty.
Wrestling guests[edit]
Much of the event is focused on that fact that it has the largest gathering of professional wrestlers in any European convention outside of the USA. Guests, spend time meeting fans and the public throughout the weekend as well as taking part in scheduled talk sessions and photo shoots. The event works exclusively with the WWE in order to secure talent such as Mark Calaway aka The Undertaker etc.

Event exclusives[edit]
In 2019 (in association with Futureshock_Wrestling) the event put on two live and exclusive wrestling matches, one of which featured WWE Legend wrestler Hacksaw Jim Duggan in a tag team fight.
During the 2019 event fans had the opportunity to find a "golden ticket" to win one of three sets of tickets to the following years event (2020). The tickets were hidden inside exclusive pocket guides available at the venue foyer on entry to the event.
In early April 2019, prior to the event, various news sources including The Daily Express[1] released articles stating that WWE and The Undertaker had signed an exclusive deal to say that the Liverpool event would be the wrestling stars last appearance outside of the WWE.
FITE TV and Global Force Wrestling joined forces with the event organisers during the 2019 event to offer exclusive streaming packages on their online service throughout the world.
