Fox Ordering is a direct online ordering platform that provides restaurants in the U.S. with an integrated tech system for order processing through digital channels such as websites and mobile app.[1]

History[edit]

The company was founded in 2014 in Boca Ratón, Florida. From 2019 to the present Fox Ordering has reached restaurants across the U.S. having services for more than 5.000 active businesses in 2022.[2]

In 2021 Fox Ordering was listed on Inc. Magazine’s ranking as the #813 fastest-growing company in the U.S. among a total of 5.000 companies.[3] A year later, Fox Ordering was listed again in the ranking, at #218[4] and #130 on the Financial Time’s Americas’ Fastest-Growing Companies[5].

Overview[edit]

Fox Ordering’s Direct Online Ordering system connects customers directly with local restaurants through their own-branded channels. It was launched in 2017 in five states (Florida, Tennessee, Georgia, New York, and Ohio) and it’s currently serving more than 5.000 restaurants in the U.S.[6]

In terms of delivery, Fox Ordering is partnered with Doordash.[7]

Operation[edit]

Users can view menus, order and pay for their restaurant orders directly through the restaurants' websites, mobile applications and call relay service. Restaurants receive orders and customers choose between two options: pickup or delivery. The orders are delivered by Doordash drivers, a delivery service company for food, groceries, and convenience stores.[8]
