Francis 'The Viper' Higgins is a fictional character and the main antagonist appearing on the RTÉ2 show Hardy Bucks and its 2013 film adaptation.[1]
Francis is described as a vain and arrogant small-time drug dealer with ambitions of a musical or film career. Wannabe Tadhg is ambitious to follow in his footsteps.[2][3]
