Frank Payne (1962 – 2012) was an actor, director and stand-up comedian from the United States.[1]
Payne was born on June 30, 1962. He acted in Eating L.A. (1999), Jack and the Beanstalk (2009), and Big News TV (2010). He also directed and hosted the 2009 documentary My Big Fat Body.
He died on January 16, 2012 in Los Angeles, California, US.[2][3]
