C. Fred Cornforth is an American businessman serving as the chair of the Idaho Democratic Party. He assumed office on March 16, 2021, succeeding Evangeline Beechler.[1]
Early life and education
Cornforth is a native of Idaho. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in business and healthcare administration from Idaho State University, a Bachelor of Arts in business from Walla Walla University, and a Master of Divinity from Andrews University.[2][3]
Career
Cornforth founded Community Development Inc. in 1984. The organization develops affordable housing throughout the United States.[4] Cornforth has also been involved in the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Cornforth became chair of the Idaho Democratic Party on March 16, 2021.[5][6]
