From The Box Office is a primary ticket outlet, owned by Ingresso Group Ltd. and based in Hammersmith, London. Founded in 2013, From The Box Office acts as an agent, selling the tickets that clients make available to it. From The Box Office predominantly sells West End theatre and London theatre tickets, but also tickets for attractions such as Madame Tussauds and the London Eye, and for music events, such as Scarborough Open Air Theatre Festival and the Greenwich Music Time Festival.[1]

On 21 November 2016, From The Box Office won the People’s Choice category for The Good Web Guide’s Website of the Year Awards. Integration Partner
Ingresso – owner of From The Box Office - is a technology company which has built a global distribution system for the entertainment industry. In January 2017, TopTix – a provider of advanced ticketing software – certified Ingresso as an official integration partner of its SRO (Standing Room Only) platform. SRO was launched in 2000 as the first system to offer customers the ability to select a seat online.
TopTix UK Managing Director Karl Vosper, who initiated the integration partners programme, commented that “we seek developers with proven experience in the ticketing and CRM industry who have a deep understanding of client needs and present forward-thinking solutions to our rapidly expanding portfolio of clients.” [27]
Ingresso has a real-time sales integration with SRO, allowing customers to sell via ‘select your seat’ through its sales channels, which include From The Box Office, Amazon Tickets, Disney Tickets and lastminute.com.
