GGRadio is a music internet radio station that has been streaming 24/7 on its own website as well as platforms TuneIn and Streema since July 7, 2015. The station was founded and is still being run by Chris Verringer. According to the owner, the station is most popular with gamers and younger audiences. Rock music, EDM, and Pop music is generally played on the radio.
History[edit]
- July 7, 2015 - GGRadio goes live for the first time (at that point the radio is called GG-Radio).
- August 16, 2015 - The first Tweet is made on the GGRadio Twitter account.[1]
- September 25, 2015 - The first GGRadio logo and graphics package is designed. It will be used until June 13, 2020. This is also the time that the name is changed and the dash between GG and Radio is removed.[2]
- June 13, 2020 - GGRadio changes its branding on social media.[3]
- July 7, 2020 - GGRadio, in celebration of its 5th year anniversary, releases a newly redesigned website.[4]
